That sums up this piece of road in my journey since June when the short film that had been in the offing for months was scuppered. Since then I've cried and raged and laughed and — as always because we know I can't help but be the dumb Leo I am — despite what common sense would advise, I'm back on my feet — defiant and game to see how this redirection takes me on an even more awe-filled trek.

However, I won't do you the disservice of pretending it hasn't given me a hard knock — especially in terms of practicalities. Because I had to have 100% focus on film work, my practices — both for TPA and the branding agency that I'm the co-founder of, The Cusp Studio — went fallow. However, I'm not simply flipping the "Closed" sign to "Open". Do I need the income streams? Yes, the pups and I still need a roof over our heads and food in the bowls; but it isn't enough to just "return" to work I love to do and with people I love to work with. A come to god to walk the walk has happened.

If I want to live and participate in a system of exchange rooted in the values of care, mutuality, and sharing from inner abundance and not depletion, then I better start taking care of you, me, and business this way. So, this is a reinvention.
